One of our larger 1 and 2 family homes the Sand Dollar is arranged with five bedrooms and three baths. Our standard well-equipped kitchen has 2 refrigerators and all full size appliances. This home has a wheelchair ramp and is considered Wheelchair accessible. The Sand Dollar has a cathedral ceiling and wood burning fireplace (fire logs only please!). Satellite TV with DVD and free WiFi. Large part-shaded and part-sunny deck, porch swing, Old Smoky charcoal smoker. Dishwasher, washer and dryer.
Beach front – steps from the Gulf! Featuring a large, part shady and part sunny deck. Next door to 5-bedroom Sand Piper and 100 ft. from 4-bedroom Sand Castle. This location allows a maximum of 8 adults with a maximum of 12 guests.

Linens are optional — for $225 (+tax), we’ll provide a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase(s) for each bed, along with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the bathrooms.
Security Deposit — 100% refundable. If the property is left as it was found—in good, clean condition—we’ll return your deposit within one week.
The only required charge is the 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT). This tax applies to all booking-related items, including optional services like linens or pet fees.
