Four bedrooms, three baths. Fully-equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators. Wheelchair accessible, Cathedral ceiling. Satellite TV with DVD and WiFi. Large, part-shaded and part-sunny deck, beach level porch swing, Old Smoky charcoal smoker. Dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Access to the Gulf via Surfside’s Pedestrian Beach. There is a single lane, 15 mph street between the house and the beach. No houses are in front of you and you have an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Watch the ships as they leave and enter the Canal.

The only additional charges are a 10% Hotel Tax or Pet Fees and Security Deposit.
Your Security Deposit will be returned within one week if property is left in good, clean condition.

There are no additional charges, such as Processing Fees, Reservation Fees, Cleaning Fees, Resort Fees, or if you use a credit card to pay.
We are required to collect a 10% Hotel Tax. (Galveston is now 15% and Houston is 17%.)
