Just steps from the Gulf! This house does need some updating and we are awaiting beach upgrades to complete. new pictures coming soon as this house looks better than these pictures show! Located on the second row on Surfside’s Pedestrian Beach this house is the best of old Surfside Beach when you need an extra set of bunk beds. Steps from the beach and killer views of the water in either direction (the view to the west is better for ship traffic). Two of the bedrooms have ocean views. Next door to the 3-Bedroom Sailfish.

Linens are optional — for $150 (+tax), we’ll provide a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase(s) for each bed, along with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the bathrooms.
Security Deposit — 100% refundable. If the property is left as it was found—in good, clean condition—we’ll return your deposit within one week.
The only required charge is the 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT). This tax applies to all booking-related items, including optional services like linens or pet fees.
