Linens are optional — for $150 (+tax), we’ll provide a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase(s) for each bed, along with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the bathrooms.
Security Deposit — 100% refundable. If the property is left as it was found—in good, clean condition—we’ll return your deposit within one week.
We are required to charge the 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax. This tax applies to all booking-related items, including optional services like linens or pet fees.
