Beach Vista is a pretty green and white standalone A-frame with one of the best views of the Jetties on the island and a killer view of every sunrise! The Beach Vista has one bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs and an upstairs loft with a second bathroom upstairs in the loft. Although it’s technically second row, you will still enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Surfside beach. The generous deck (downstairs only) and beach level porch swing give you a great vantage point and it only takes walking downstairs to be on the sand! If you miss being on the deck of the Mar and Dos Vistas this is the house you must experience!

You can experience superb views from both the living room and porch. Just kick back and relax as you adjust to Surfside-time!

Although we call this a 1-bedroom property, you’ll find a small space with a queen-sized bed tucked away in the quirky upstairs loft. Families love the flexibility this extra space provides. Beach Vista sleeps up to 6 people since there is a sleeping nook with a bunk bed at the top of the stairs. There is a bathroom and laundry room on the second floor of the Beach Vista.

When it comes to eating at home, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with serving counter – or cook outdoors with the Old Smoky charcoal smoker for the full Texas Gulf Coast experience. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Surfside beach even while you cook!

When you want to go indoors, the living room is well equipped with satellite TV with DVD and high speed xfinity internet with WIFI. On a practical note, Beach Vista includes a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer for you to use.

You’ll find this house at Surfside’s Pedestrian Beach. It’s incredibly convenient for the fishing jetties, where you can fish or simply take in the views of ships entering the Gulf.

If you are booking Beach Vista along with other properties, it’s useful to know that this beach house is just 50 ft. from our 2-bedroom homes, Mar Vista and Dos Vistas. Mar and Dos Vistas are slated to return following the completion of the proposed groin and beach nourishment in Fall 2022.

Additional Charges and Fee Information

The only additional charges are a 10% Hotel Tax or Pet Fees and Security Deposit.
Your Security Deposit will be returned within one week if property is left in good, clean condition.
Optional Linen – $89 – Linens and towels will be provided for a fee.
There are no additional charges, such as Processing Fees, Reservation Fees, Cleaning Fees, Resort Fees, or if you use a credit card to pay.
We are required to collect a 10% Hotel Tax. (Galveston is now 15% and Houston is 17%.)
