Access to the Gulf via Surfside’s Pedestrian Beach. There is a single lane, 15 mph street between the house and the beach. No houses are in front of you and you have an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Watch the ships as they leave and enter the Canal.

Linens are optional — for $200 (+tax), we’ll provide a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase(s) for each bed, along with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the bathrooms.
Security Deposit — 100% refundable. If the property is left as it was found—in good, clean condition—we’ll return your deposit within one week.
The only required charge is the 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT). This tax applies to all booking-related items, including optional services like linens or pet fees.
