Times are tough for a lot of families right now.

We can’t change the economy, but we can help by making it easier for you to take a much needed vacation.

1. We’ve reduced the prices of our beach houses to where they were in 2006. And, the houses we’ve added since 2006 have been priced at what houses of comparable size and quality would have rented for back in 2006.
   
   
2. We’ve reduced the time our Summer Rates are in affect to only 11 weeks. When location and quality are considered, our Summer Rates are the best values on the island. But, they are an even better value when our off-season (lower) rates are in affect.
   
   
1. In the spring, as soon as Spring Break is over we reduce our prices to Mid-Off Season rates. Everyone else leaves their rates up.
   
   
2. In the summer, we start our reduced season rates in Mid-August. Everyone else waits until after Labor Day.
   
   
3. We’ve reduced the prices of our 3 least expensive two and three bedroom houses by an additional 15%.
   
   
4. We’ve reduced the prices of our Linen Option by 15%.

5. If your schedule lets you take advantage of our Weekday Special offer you can have a Monday thru Friday vacation for the same price as a weekend.
   
   
6. Each week check out our Last Minute Deals. We would like to have every one of our houses being enjoyed by a family. If we have any vacancies or last minute cancellations we will try to list them in this section.
