Personal Story—

The first time we stayed at the beach we rented a nice hotel room in Galveston. The next year we rented a beach house in Surfside. And, we loved it.

We enjoyed having enough room to spread out, a large deck, an old fashioned porch swing, a kitchen, and not having to cross six lanes of street to get to the beach. We reasoned other families would also enjoy this, so we bought our first beach house.

Over the past 30+ years we’ve added more houses and have found that many others also love relaxing in a nice beach house.
